Jamie’s Path: Inspired by a childhood spent shadowing one of the handiest people he knew—his dad—Jamie’s love for building and fixing things was ignited early. From being the young helper on rental property roofs to gaining a deep understanding of roofing materials and practices, Jamie’s career has been a testament to learning, growth, and the pursuit of excellence. His transition from delivering shingles to a pivotal role at Marinette Concrete, and eventually to managing roofing projects, has been fueled by a desire to lead, innovate, and bring genuine value to homeowners.

Sakara’s Journey: Sakara’s story is one of strength, resilience, and the heart to make a difference. Her experiences from AmeriCorps to assisting fire teams in California’s wilderness have shaped her into a formidable force of kindness, dedication, and support. As a Physical Therapy Assistant and a mother, her contribution to Up North Roofing goes beyond the operational—it’s the soul and warmth she brings, ensuring every client feels like part of the family.
